If you are in Orgrimmar or Stormwind respectively, you can take a Zeplin/Boat to Borean Tundra. Easiest way to get here would be taking the portal to Wyrmrest Temple if you're in Dalaran, or taking the portal to Dalaran (Northrend) from Vale of Eternal Blossoms depending on where you currently are.
